Sighs, after my grades improved ever so slightly I proceeded to make stupid careless mistakes again. Why.

不順心的東西接二連三…我透不過氣了。好累，好累。感覺到巨大的壓力，卻手足無措，不知道該如何是好。很想有個人能分擔，到頭來只能把臉埋進枕頭裡，自己沮喪。我知道我的問題確實微不足道，但在這一刻，我真的好壓力，好累，好想有個依靠，不想堅強，不要想。也許真的是我想多了，但只要一天還不知道結果，只要未來的路還未知怎走，我又要以什麼心態解釋自己是多心了？我做不到，真的做不到。說我小心眼也好，說我懦弱也罷。其實我從來都不怎覺得自己很堅強，只是被逼獨立而已。如今才能真正知道，自己是弱的。我害怕，害怕看不見的未來，害怕錯過，害怕後悔，害怕孤單。
寫著寫著，思路都亂了，都不知道我在寫啥。我只知道，此刻的我，完全開心不起來。
#109: PR2202 Review
Watching my academic performance pick up in these last weeks is definitely comforting. Other than the horrible PR2202 which I’m below the 25th percentile for LOL. I’m honestly totally uninterested in it, and I really regret taking it. It sounded a lot better than it actually is. Now, I need to figure a way out to pass the finals and at least get a C so I can S/U it.
To everyone who’s thinking of taking PR2202:
Think again. As an UE, it’s super content heavy. There are 2 2-hour lectures a week, which for a core module, is perfectly normal, but for an UE, that’s quite some time invested just attending lectures alone. The lecture notes are full of content, but I’m totally clueless as to what is important. If you’ve fantastic memory, then you could just swallow the lectures whole and get an A on this, but my memory is horrible, and I studied for all the wrong things in the midterms, therefore explaining my lousy grades. Content-wise, some lectures are more interesting than others but it seems that they do expect you to know quite a lot of content, down to the names of chemicals and some of their functions.
I’ve taken FASS UEs that have half the lecture hours of this module, and honestly far more interesting to me. They don’t expect you to memorise so much and in so much detail. Even LSM1301 I took 2 years back was less painful than this. Of course, this is all my own opinion and some of my friends have said that this module was interesting and they didn’t mind it. So far, of all the people I’ve asked, like:dislike is about 4:3. So yeah. Sampling size of 7 ain’t ideal but hey, I tried.
But if you’re interested in perfumes and cosmetics, I guess this is the module for you. There’s a lot of memory work, but in my opinion, interest gets you everywhere in modules. Some topics I was a lot more interested in, and I think it showed in terms of how much information I could retain in my head.
Hoping for the best for my final grade 🙏🏽🙏🏽 I really want all the studying I did to pay off.

It’s Week 5 and I’m so unmotivated to even do anything. I just keep thinking about how when this semester is over, I (hopefully) can whisk myself to HK and be free for one whole semester. Starting application to HK only now, hoping everything goes smooth and I’ll be on that plane in January.
